Voucher Connect works on a commission fee of 3.6% plus Stripe fees, typically 1.4%, of the voucher sale, and then a small processing fee charged to the customer based on how much they are spending ($/€/£ 1 for vouchers up to the value of $/€/£ 99.99 and $/€/£ 1.95 thereafter).
Yes, you can upload as many templates as you wish or use our ``starter`` templates! Through our advanced template engine, you can also upload a custom designed voucher template at either store or product level.
Yes, we support an import of any information relating to vouchers sold via your previous provider or from your manually tracked voucher sales. Our support team are on hand to assist you with this import.
