How to extend the expiration date on a voucher

Extending an expiration date on a voucher only takes one minute. Here’s how to do it.

Head on over to the Sales tab on your storefront. Find the voucher you want to extend the date for.

On the right hand side, select ‘Actions’ and then select “Extend Expiry Date” (as shown).

After you save the new expiration date, you will then need to reissue the voucher with the corrected date. Easily done!

Reissuing Your Voucher

On the “Actions” menu select “Reissue” (as shown).

Once you input an email address and confirm it, your voucher expiration date has been extended and sent out to that specified email address. All done.
